For a annual fee we will place you computer and/or computer system under a maintenance agreement where for one, low fee we will cover all hardware labor, labor travel time, and parts the have worn-out under normal were and tear. Plus give a 30 % discount on all labor associated with installation, setup, and maintaining any software needed to operate the computer system. Plus access to a 24 hour 7 day a week support line.

Retainer Contract-for Hardware and Software

FAQ

A pre paid contract where all software and hardware maintenance charges will be subtracted from a retainer. You will receive software and hardware labor at a discount of 40%. In addition, and at no additional expense, we will provide you with access to a 24-hour, 7-day per week computer support line.

All hardware purchases, including parts and new equipment, will also be subtracted from the retainer. In addition to the above discounts, there will be no phone support charges applied against the retainer.

This agreement is renewable and any unused moneys during the contract will be credited toward contract renewal. If the balance of the retainer is zero at the end of the contract year, you can automatically renew your contract by making a payment to replenish the retainer.

Software Contract

A prepaid block of time -- usually 10 hours -- which will provide you with a 40% discount on labor associated with installation, setup, and maintenance of any software required to operate your computer system. Time can be used onsite or offsite. In addition, and at no additional expense, you will receive access to a 24-hour, 7-day per week computer support line.

This agreement is renewable. Any hours unused during the contract year will be credited toward contract renewal.
